My wife just opened the stapler package last night and attemped to use it but the staples jammed in the cartride and she was NOT able to use it. I unfortunately threw away my receipt because Staples usually has decent products so I hope the store will honor the return of the product.

Had purchased two other model/brand staplers from our office supplies catalog (not Staples) and both turned out to be complete duds. They would always get jammed or staple incorrectly. One was expensive and the other inexpensive but both performed terribly. I decided to go to my neighborhood Staples to buy a stapler since I was now in urgent need of one, bought two because of the incredible price and they have turned out to be the best staplers I've had at my office so far. They seem durable for the everyday office use since I have not had a problem with either of them yet. I definitely want to go back and purchase two or more additional staplers for the office and one for the house. It also comes with a staple remover and staples but for the price, the stapler would have been enough. Even if it breaks down eventually, it performed way past its worth. Bottomline: Great product at a great price!
