When I first received the tape dispenser replacement core I thought to myself what am I going to do with this filler item. Little did I know how much my life was about to change. This tape dispenser replacement core quickly let me know that none of my friends or coworkers had one of these lying around. So I thought I should show it off as much as possible, because honestly whats stopping me. The dispenser core agreed and suggested making a necklace like a rapper would wear. We could be a rapping duo core and me. We spent much of Saturday coming up with our rap names. My plastic friend soon had the brilliant idea of naming me hard as in 'hard to believe' and shortening his name to core. We've been rapping heavily in Compton under the name Hardcore for the past week or so and I think we're really close to signing with Suge Knight. Fingers crossed yo. Would definitely recommend A+++ rapper and super at replacing a tape dispenser core. Peace!

Found this product online for [$]. Write-up indicated that it was available in my local store. I went there and found the same item, same model, same stock number, marked [$]. Customer service clerk disinterested--told me to go print out the advertisement and they'd do a price match. WHY should they need that for their own product? Does Staples do this with other products? I will be watching.

This is a reasonably priced replacement product. How often do you loose that small spindle ? With kids we loose them often. This is much cheaper than purchasing a new tape dispenser.

Staples asked me to rate this product. What can I say? It's the finest tape dispenser core I've ever used, bar none. It's lightweight and inexpensive. It's round. It's strong. It works much better than a paper clip. [...] It's a great filler when you need to use a coupon. I wish it could be used for more things.
