Backrest does not lock into place, like all other chairs. So, backrest only stays at lowest height position, and backrest rotates no matter how tight you make it, so you have to constantly manually rotate it back to proper position - very annoying. Design is defective. Everything else is OK though. Arm height is adjustable. Good price, but higher priced chairs are worth it because they actually work. You'll spend more on a good chair, but you'll only spend your money once.

The chair has held up over the past 6 months I've had it. It isn't really comfortable, especially after sitting in it for 2+ hours. Some annoying things on mine:

- The seat back slides down when I lean back on it. I keep tightening the back as much as I can, but if I lean all the way back (do it without realizing it), it slides down every time. VERY annoying.

- In these 6 months, the shape of the two screws under the seat cushion are visible. They are able to be felt when sitting on the chair, so it is a bit painful after sitting for an extended amount of time.

The chair is just ok. It works, but not well. Only buy if you're on a really tight budget or just need a simple kid's computer chair or something.

This chair just will not stay upright unless you stay perfectly balanced. I almost broke my arm catching myself from falling over the first time I sat in it.

Not that ergonomic, not that comfortable. Seat back will not stay up due to poor locking design or lack thereof.

Usual third world lack of quality.
