Excellent customer service. The chair in the store tilted back very very easily and I did not have to strain and stiffen my whole body to go back. The chair at home I had to strain and stiffen as above even with the setting on its loosest tension and I couldn't keep tilted back. Too bad because it was so comfortable in the store and I really liked the head/neck pad.

Not normally one to leave an opinion but after reading all of the positive reviews I felt compelled to write something. This chair is not what I thought it would be and I would not purchase it again. It is hard and not comfortable, does not lean back enough, and worst of all it squeeks any time I make a small move. NOT worth the money!
