This chair is comfortable. The height adjustment is somewhat limited and it takes a lot of force to overcome the tilt resistance. But I feel that this will loosen as the chair ages, perhaps in five or ten years. The padding is adaquet and feels good. The lumbar support is rather stiff but I suppose that it is gopod for someone who needs a great deal of lumbar support. My wife uses this chair a lot and she likes it. Furthermore, she hAS long blond hair which used to shed and get caught in the fabric of my previous chair. This does not seem to be a problem with this chair. Good chair.

This is the 3rd one of these that I have purchased from Staples. They are mid-range in price and tops in comfort.

We had purchased 2 chairs for our dining area and decided to add 2 more. We use for dining, tv watching and using with my laptop computer. Very comfortable!

Comfortable computer chair, good lumbar support, easy to assemble ( don't tighten the screws all at once on the arm rests). Was looking for a fabric computer chair because I work in my shorts all day long and leather made me sticky but not this chair. Has just the right amount of lumbar support and I work about 8 hours a day on this chair. Good sturdy chair for the money.
