I tried this chair in-store before I purchased on-line (out of stock at the store) so I knew what I was getting. For those of you on-line shoppers, there are a few things you should be aware of. The chair is larger than indicated in the product details; the seat by 2+" width and depth. Back is 3 in higher. I'm 5'8" with long legs and the seat is short for me. I also need the seat higher to be comfortable, therefore the arms do not fit under the desk top, even at the lowest position. If I lower the seat the arms fit but then I am too low to work comfortably. The arms are not padded as stated. They are hard molded plastic and mine needed to be filed down at the seams to prevent snagging clothes that brushed against them. With the free allen wrench, it took me an hour to assemble the chair. With a socket and rachet handle, would take 20 minutes. The chair is good value for the cost. Delivery time was less than 24 hours. Overall, a good choice.

I ordered this online. I hadn't tried it in the store first. The dots in the fabric make it unique. I was able to assemble it following the instructions without a problem, but it had two problems once assembled. The seatback was crooked and the arms would not adjust to be even (wouldn't stay in position I wanted). I took it back to the store and they asked me NO questions (weird) about why I was returning or what the problems were and gave a full refund. I tried this chair and other chairs while in the store to compare and then went home and ordered a different one online that worked better for me (so that I didn't have to lug one home). This worked. Delivery was fast both times!

Everyone that sees it loves it. They want one just like it. I told them where I purchased it at, so they were going to check them out. I recommended sitting in chairs to try them out instead of ordering online if you are of short stature like I am. I could not find a better fit for myself. It slides easily under my desk as well, and adjusts easily. I had no problems putting it together by myself either. The instructions only had demonstrations, but I figured it out easily. It took me only 30 minutes to put it together too.

I am short (5'2") and my last chair just didn't fit. the arm rests were too high and always in the way plus I always found myself perched on the edge of the chair. The arm rests on this chair are low profile and I actually sit back in the chair. It works for me.

This chair is perfect for me. I thought it was the most comfortable chair in the store, and the price was very reasonable. I am only 5 ft 4", and I need a chair that doesn't have a deep seat. This chair fits the bill, and the lumbar support is perfect for my height. I work at home, and will use this chair for 8 hours a day, and my back appreciates it
