I am very disappointed in the assembly by the dealer. When I brought the chair home it was lacking 4 screws that should secure the arms to the frame. Consequently the arms are unstable. They wobble with at least a 2 inch excursion laterally. I was not told there was a problem when I picked it up and I certainly did not feel it necessary to check the assembly myself. The dealer has given me some excess screws from the "back room" which may or may not fit the frame. I was told there is no way to obtain the proper replacement parts. [...]es.

The parts for this chair were difficult to assemble as the parts and the fastening holes did not line up. The owner had to drill additional holes to assemble chair to achieve safe and proper stability.

I'm up very late almost every night working at my desk for our home based business. This chair is wonderful! It is so comfortable. The previous chair I was using would cut-off the circulation in my legs because the seat was not long enough to support my leg all the way to the knee. (I am an average height - 5'7".) The only way I would improve it would be to make the back just a few inches taller so I could put my head back to rest once in a while without having to slouch to reach it.

My previous chair needed replacing, so I went online to find something reasonably priced that looked like it would be comfortable. "Mesh" caught my eye, so I ordered this one. It's not mesh, however, but I am satisfied anyway because it is comfortable.
