        It fit the space I had perfectly. I tried the low priced Hon first, but I couldn't get the drawers to open reliably. Took that back and got this one. It is very smooth and is just what I needed.

        Very comparable to HON file cabinets, considering the lower price.
        I bought add-on locks, but have not installed them yet. The drawers don't close as smoothly and effortlessly as HON, but otherwise, I'm satisfied so far.

                      This does not require assembly. It has high sides for hanging files built in.

                      Yes, it is fully assembled. If you want it to lock, you will have to purchase and install a lock kit yourself. It does have the high sides for hanging files, so a separate rack is not required.
