You would think it is flimsy, but for home use it is great. I suspect it would hold up for office use. It is easy to move (when empty) and drawers work well. I had no need for optional key lock. No wire folder retainers were included. They are optional, but the in-store display unit had those retainers taped into a drawer giving the impression the retainers were included. I don't need them so no biggie. I bought the caster frame set so the file cabinet sits on wheels. The frame set was very easy assembly and worked well. I can roll the cabinet around when full (over hard floors) and I had no problem with it rolling when I opened or closed the drawers. [...] Very well done.

We bought this cabinet because it was one of the lower priced ones. We were hoping it wouldn't be too flimsy and hoped it would open and close smoothly. We've bought cheap cabinets before that were awful so we didn't buy the cheapest, but one a step or two up from the bottom. It turns out this cabinet was a great buy for the price. It's sturdy and it opens and closes very smoothly. I was worried that I'd have to buy a rack for each drawer but you don't need to. The files fit perfectly without anything extra. I'd definitely buy this cabinet again.
