One arrived dented on the side and slightly to the front but because of an in progress office reorganization, I used it and did not return it.
It seems that enough metal has been taken out of the structure and drawers that these file cabinets are barely able to withstand use. I do not like the wire support device as opposed to the support mechanism in my other cabinets. I would not buy again.

I needed more space in my "limited-space" (in-home-office) and this file cabinet cured my problem. It's not the heaviest cabinet but seems well-made and I'm pleased w/ how the drawers slide easily and the latches catch upon closing

Much better than the name brand file cabinet we had in the office. The drawers are so much more smoother and quieter when they open. I didn't have any problems with dents.
