after taking it out of the cardboard i discovered that it had been dented at the top right by the lock. the top drawer would not open without catching. too much of a hassle to load back in the car and drive back to the store so we pulled the dent out the best we could. wrapping on the cardboard was torn at the bottom should have had the sales assistant remove all wrapping so i could have seen the dent

This is a good product. I have had it for a few weeks and have not had a problem. It holds a lot. I use it for my poetry book (poems I have written and self-published a book) storage and personal home business. Works well for me. I am thinking of getting the smaller 2 drawer one to hold my other files and bills and such. NICE FOR THE PRICE!!!
