Q: I purchased this chair last year and the chair has already started falling apart, the metal base that screws into the seat cushion is falling off because the expansion inserts that go into the holes in the seat bottom are pulling out of the wood, this has caused me to fall out of the chair a few times due to the seat reclining to far back.
