The first machine we got in didn't work. It wasn't compatible with our monitor, also, the button was broken. Customer Service was not very helpful. Had better luck with Staples Customer Service. Once the 2nd computer came in, it worked right away. This time no issues what so ever. I play World of Warcraft and other online games and the speed is perfect.
