Excellent product, price, quality, & pkg

I use this product for all of my printing needs. I never substitute it for anything cheaper. The only thing that I don't recommend is purchasing your inks from the wholesale stores like [...], because you don't know how long they have had it, and they don't rotate their stock like you regular ofc. supplies stores do. I've had the ink to be already dried out by the time that I would go to use it (especially since I like to buy in bulk and keep ink on hand), and this package had not even been opened prior to trying to use it. So it's worth the additional cost, to make sure that your product is going to be available when you need it.

I would NEVER buy another Brother product- SLOW, constantly goes through "Cleaning" machine won't function until the process is over- can take 6-8 minutes to get a copy, a fax report or to scan.
Setup of machine is another "process". The machine can not be cleaned manually and after a year it will just not work- as told my be at a Staples store employee just recently,considered to be a throwaway machine after one year. Machine will NOT work on ANY function if ONE color cartridge is "low"- I hate this machine.

I have a Brother copy machine and other brand machines. The Brother ink caartridges are longer lasting, better ink and the cost per copy is a lot more reasonable than other brand cartridges.I have purchased other brands and they cannot compare in both price per cartridge and the amount of copies you get out of their cartridge. I once had a Brother cartridge refilled by an independent company for less cost. I will never refill any cartridge again the refilling cannot compare with Brother original ink.
