I use this to keep the five or so primary ongoing daily tasks I have to juggle off my desk, yet easily at hand. Just one bin for project, add to the stack of paper as the different paperwork comes in and everything stays neat and separated. Much better than a vertical sorter where paperwork gets all crumpled.
