Installed this modem for a friend. Simple to install. Connected immediately. No problems whatsoever setting up. Haven't heard any complaints from the user, so I have to believe it's working well. It is a little pricey.

It says Browse the WEB at a high speed but it doesn't. Yea it was easy to install. If I needed another modem and Staples was the only store that had one yes I would buy it there again.
