    I acquired this product and found out later that no one can download anything on it because it is not Nook or Kindle. I am new to this and wanted a cheap e-reader to learn it. I can't even download free publications from libraries or from free websites. Staples, I'm going to be more hesitant about buying anything from you anymore. You can't be trusted. You sold me your junk. I know there is nothing mechanically wrong with this device because it had some free downloads around on it before I bought it. What is even worse you have refused to let me give it back to you. Shame on you! You're the biggest group of cheapskates and losers I've ever done business with.

        A:

        To connect the Ereader to the internet, it must connect to a wireless internet signal. You would need to purchase a wireless router that will emit a signal that your Ereader can pick up.

        For your information, there are many places that offer free WiFi such as: libraries, coffee shops.
