            Comments about Sungale ID702WTA E-reader:

Christmas gift for my daughter. Within one month, wifi wouldn't connect even though it showed connections and when it was unplugged it would immediately die. The only way to use this was plugged into the wall and without internet. what a waste. We sent it back to be replaced by the company. They stated we'd get a new one within 3 to 4 weeks. It has been 7 and we still don't have one in hand.

E-readers sometimes benefit from a power off. Shut down the E-reader, wait 5 minutes, see if the disk message is gone. Staples offers a great support line at 1-800-378-2753. Possibly the E-reader is defective and an exchange is needed.

I bought for myself and I like it. Its my first e-reader so can't compare it with others. Was wanting the Kindle Fire but decided to start out something not as expensive to my budget. I watched Youtube on it and it loads the vids fast. The browser is good too. Haven't tried to download any books yet, have to have a Micro SD card to use for some apps and store books. My wireless internet connection recognized it right away and no trouble connecting. I like the email notifier with sound! Not too happy with the pictures but won't use it for that purpose. Only con about this ,it says it comes with a Touch pen, mine didn't so I had to send the WHOLE thing back and waiting on new one. Bummer. I'm sure it would be good for watching vids, playing music and email and basic things. Easy to use.
