[...] Copier is for both Personal & Business. Its use varies; at times for marathon coping /other times for single copy. This is the first time I have replaced the Drum Cartridge with a Staples brand; it's significantly cheaper. However Sharp lists it's drum for the Staples price with no Discount coupon benefit!

it made no difference from my old unit, after installing, copier acts like it is going to work however after drum heats the drum flash light lights up and shuts down the copier. I have now been without a copier for three days waiting for my order which i will return, and cant wait for a replacement so will buy a new copier, how bad is that.
