        Purchased this product on-line. It was the first time we tried the Staples brand and were disappointed that it wouldn't even print. The Staples cartridge did not fit properly. It was unlike the Lexmark brand's fit which was easy to insert and remove. Staples offers the Lexmark brand also but it's nearly impossible to find on their website. A search will default you to the Sustainable Earth product that is inferior.
