When I purchased this on-line, I thought I was ordering a black stapler. Turns out it was chrome. It looks awesome and works exactly as I expected it to.

I use the Swingline 747 CLASSIC on a daily basis, and have for over five years (I am on my second one). A very sturdy well built stapler that broke only after years (4+) of abuse and with a particularly large packet, please note that the breaking of the first one could have easily been avoided if I had been paying attention. If the new model of the 747 is anything like the CLASSIC model I would highly recommend it. I have no experience with this new model of the 747.
