    I use this in my home office. I like that it sits high on the desk but it has difficulty tripping the staple mechanism and sometimes I need to repeatedly push the paper up against the trigger. I also have trouble getting a full strip of staples into it. Usually have to remove a few to make them all fit. Doesn't always want to work off the base as a hand held unit.

          I purchased this stapler approx 1 year ago and it works Great. As with all staplers, it will jam, because it is a mechanical devise. When it jams, which is NOT OFTEN,it is easy to clear it and then staple the papers. I believe for the price, it does a good job. People also Jam from time to time, such is life, Get Over It!!!

            Where can I get a replacement battery for this electronic stapler (Model #48201)? The battery in mine reads that it can be ordered from www.swingline.com, but it doesn't appear on their site and I can't get a real human being on their customer services help line.
