I have never been satisfied with our previous shredders, so the bar wasn't too high, but this shredder does what it was made to do & that makes me happy. I wish I could have purchased a shredder with a larger bin, but space was an issue. I also wish we didn't have to spend nearly $1000 to get a shredder that actually shreds, but that's how it is!

    I have to purchase a good shredder for my credit union. We have used Fellows in the past but they do not seem to hold up. I would consider our usage as heavy duty. Would this on work? If not, what would you suggest? Thanks.
