This 3 hole puch works great at our office. The only con I have is that the prongs get stuck in the down position, we learned a little oil on the spring and it works wonderfully again!

This product has had trouble since I purchased it over 8 years ago. [...]replaced parts once, but it still has not worked right. It is now broken completely, and I'll try to get parts replaced again. The punches will not return to open position so that the papers can be extracted. Maybe my unit is bad, but it has been extremely irritating to constantly pry the paper out of the machine.
