Comments about Swingline® Durable Heavy-Duty Stapler:

Purchased two. Both jammed 95% of the time even when using several different Swingline HD staples. I called Swingline customer support and they are sending two replacements. I wrote a letter to ACCO Brands (Swingline's parent company) addressing their quality control. The root cause appears to be misaligned "bender plate" which is not adjustable. Alignment is off by about 1/64 inch.
