This product was made just perfect to align the paper to be hole-punched in the center without having to guess. It's not big & bulky but rather made just the right size that doesn't take up much room on one's desk or workspace. I use it daily on a regular basis in a law office. It's wonderful to have. I wish they would make one in a 3-hole punch.

This product came out of the box broken. The bottom tray does not remain on, therefore spilling the hole punched paper everywhere. It is flimsy and cheaply made. It is also not easy to line up the paper properly. Needs a guideline for the right side as well. Not just the left. I am returning this product.
Comments about Swingline Easy View 2-Hole Punch, 40 Sheet Capacity:
I gave it a 1 because I coldn't fine a 0. I purchased it because it has an attractive design, it was nice while it lasted. IT BROKE on the 3rd month. I did not even used it daily and punched a maximum of 5 pages at a time. Extremely bad quality for that price.
Comments about Swingline Easy View 2-Hole Punch, 40 Sheet Capacity:
Title says 40 sheets, but the box and description say 20. I don't always punch that many at a time.
The red/green alignment indicator is not as useful as expected. There is an internal spring connected to the indicator that resists paper insertion, and single sheets don't have enough strength to push the spring back. I spent more time fiddling with alignment because there is not a nice solid stop for the paper edge. I think I will return it and get a simpler model that doesn't resist paper insertion and has an easier reference edge.
What is the space between the top of the paper and the holes after punched? Is this adjustable? I need to find a two hole punch that comes down over 1" onto the paper.
