7 OF THESE PRODUCTS ARE IN USE IN OUR OFFICE AT THIS TIME. MOST ARE LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD. IN THE PAST WHEN THE STAPLERS JAMMED I WAS ALWAYS ABLE TO GET THE JAM REMOVED AND THE STAPLER WOULD BE FINE. NOW WHEN IT JAMS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE JAM AND ONCE IT IS REMOVED THE ENTIRE MECHANISM IS FROZEN AND CAN NO LONGER BE USED. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT BUT UNFORTUNATELY HAVING TO MAIL IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER MEANS BEING WITHOUT A STAPLER FOR A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME.
AT THIS TIME I AM ORDERING A DIFFERENT BRAND IN THE HOPES THAT IT WILL WORK BETTER AND LAST ALOT LONGER.

I had one of these staplers for years with no problems. When I replaced it with a new one, it did not work right out of the box so I had to return it. A lot of others said it was prone to problems. Maybe it is not made as well as it used to be.

Dependable. I have used this for 8 years! I went to purchase refill cartridge 200428, and the 50050 was sent to me in error, twice ! I read other reviews, and the gentleman from Baltimore really saved the day, and my frustration. He suggested to apply 4 strips of Scotch Tape on the bottom of the cartridge. This allows the stapler to recognize the staple that needs to be used. It workd like a dream! Thank you Baltimore!
