Poor design, the handle bar is on the way when loading the papers. The manufacturer needs to place the handle bar on the opposite direction so it won't be on the way. I am sure it has been design like this because of boxing purposes but they can make the handle bar removable. If you are using a 3 hole puncher so often, I wouldn't recommend this because it gets aggravating to load the papers.
