Very easy to use.

This stapler is VERY easy to use; it requires less pressure to get the staple through a large volume of paper. Only complaint was that the adjustable paper guide broke off after less than a year of use; but the stapler works just fine without it! I recommend this heavy duty stapler for use in a small office environment.

The recommended staples for this stapler appears to only come in one size (5/8") which is too long for smaller stacks of paper (20-40 pages). The staples do not fold flat. I've tried other smaller sized heavy-duty staples and they do not fit.

Comments about Swingline® LightTouch™ Heavy-Duty Stapler:

This wonderful unit is much more efficient and durable than I ever imagined. Comparing it to another more expensive heavy duty stapler my company has on hand, this unit wins hands down. It takes little effort with less noise when handle pressed. Staple also folds differently so that a sharp end is never left to catch skin if hand or fingers should run accross folds. Must have used this unit at least 1200 times already and have never had to remove a staple that had not penetrated properly. This awesome unit is in great demand throughout the office.
