I work for an Architcturla firm and all of our heavy duty staplers jam up every single time we use them, making a 20 min project into a 1 hr project.
Ever since I bought this stapler, it has worked flawlessly. IT NEVER JAMS!!!
All you need to remember:
1. Use the approved "one size" staples for this stapler.
2. Be Gentle! It does not need to be slammed to work. It staples like butter.
3. Make sure you are stapling at least the 20 sheet min., otherwise the staples are too big. But if you are stapling less than 20 sheets,.. you can use a regular stapler, right?? :)
This stapler is a mnust have is you frequently staple large sets of papers or drawings. AAA+++

These staples are junk. They don't even go through 1/2 the number of pages they say it will. They bend, they jam and if you do happen to get one to work you've already wasted so much time and so many staples that you were better off carving the document on a single stone tablet instead of paper.

wouldn't be writing if I hadn't taken ten minutes to talk to sales rep as to whether these staples would fit the heavy duty stapler I'd purchased at Staples sometime in the last oouple of years.
