Q: I purchased this hole punch for use at work, and it was supposed to be easily adjustable from three holes to two. However, there were no instructions included; and I've tried every tool I can locate to try to get the thing to budge, and I just can't do it. I can only use it as it was delivered--as a three-hole punch. Since the majority of my documents require a two-hole punch, it hasn't been terribly useful thus far. Can you please e-mail me instructions? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you for your help. Asked on 5/12/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: According to Swingline, to remove a punch head, it would be necessary to remove the plastic cover on the bottom. The punch head can be removed once your loosen the screw and the punch head can be removed. Answered on 5/17/2011 by Liz C from Staples
