It doesn't take up a lot of room and it is mobile. If student's need to use it I can place it in a convenient place for them and when the office staff need it I can easily change locations. It punches a nice clean hole.

I traded my standard 3 hole punch for this slightly heavier duty one and am glad I made the change! No more un-doing my stapled stacks to make them fit into the puncher. I completed my filing in less than half the time it used to take me. Very nice and easy to use product

I don'[t use it all that often, but it does punch holes in several sheets at once and my old one always seemed to stick shut. I haven't had this one very long, so I can't comment on durability, but it appears to built well.
