I have carpal tunnel syndrome and using a manual punch causes me pain. This electric stapler is a wonderful help in averting wrist pain from the carpal tunnel. It sits on my desk top and all I need to do is reach up, place the pages in the slot and push the blue button!!!! Not only would I recommend this to a friend, but I plan to buy another one for my office in my dog training center so I can easily punch holes for my training manuals both at home and at the training center. Wish I had gotten one years ago!
