We got this stapler for our church to do the church newspaper. We opened the stapler up and plugged it in and it didn't work. We returned it to the store, they gave us a new one we stapled maybe 20 newsletters and it jammed. We were not very happy with this product.

The stapling mechanism works great. However the stapler feed is flawed and I have gone through two of these staplers in three months. The handle to pull open the feed is very cheap plastic with two small screws and breaks off very easily. I will not buy another one.

I staple 800-1000 bulletins for mailing each month. Normally the staple area on stacks gets bulky & out of hand.
This stapler flattens the staples to the point that there is almost no added bulk thickness in the staple area.
I'm sure the post office appreciates it even more than I do.
