I wanted this stapler for my desk because I had a similar, off-brand version at a previous office. I liked the ease and how it didn't hurt my hand during a day full of stapling, plus it handles a few more sheets than standard staplers. Soon after it arrived, we had to order several more for the office as people were coming to my office to use it because they knew it out-performed their own.

It is a better stapler for several pages instead of 2-3 pages. The staples just seem a bit loose in the tiny jobs. Being able to staple 20+ pages and know that you will get it right the first time is great. In our office, we have a 60 page and 90 page stapler, but more often it's 19-30 pages and you simply can't use the high capacity staplers for that, but most standard staplers simply can't perform.

It is a bit awkward for holding while stapling compared to most staplers (which is an opinion I had with the off-brand model that prompted me to purchase this one). Had I known they would develop a similar model that is meant for hand-held use, I would've waited to purchase that one. However, for most in my office, this isn't an issue at all and as long as I have it sitting on my desk, I avoid this problem.

No jamming issues and months later on about 6 staplers, NO complaints in our office!

This was an awful product. I would never recommend this to anyone. I had it for half of a semester, and it already broke, and it never left my desk in my room. Piece of junk and a waste of money. Very disappointed. It staples the paper but only crimps the end of the staple half way, which easily comes out of the paper, unless you are willing to hand crimp the ends of all the staples. Very bad.

THIS STAPLER IS HORRIBLE. DESPITE BUYING THE SPECIFIED STAPLES, I CANNOT MAKE IT WORK. IT JAMS TO THE POINT THAT IT IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

I am the staple queen in my office. I love a good, easy to use stapler. I've had this at least a year, not one jam yet. My secretary likes it so much she comes over to my desk to use it all the time. So I am ordering one for her. I only wish it could handle about 25 more sheets.
