Your stapler won't jam with these

These are super strong staples and they come in a nice little reusable case. If you've had the frustrating problem of your stapler jamming with other staples, give these a try. I'd guess that...Read complete review

Not worth it for the price

While you can tell the difference between these and the other Swingline staples they really aren't better. They claim to be jam free just like the staplers but that is bologna. I have had the staples not come out at all as if the stapler were empty and then when the next one came out it was jammed. Never had this issue with my stapler using the regular Swingline staples. If you don't mind spending MORE money for HALF the amount of staples just because they come in a pretty box, then buy them. If you just want to staple your papers stick with the regular staples.

Stapler and staples

On 24Aug09, I purchased a Swingline Optima 40 desk stapler, with matching staples. It was claimed to staple 40 pages, but wouldn't come close to stapling 40 pages. On 5Sep09, I returned the stapler and staples for a refund, and purchased a Swingline Optima 70 stapler, with matching staples. That stapler is claimed to staple 70 pages. I haven't tried it with 70 pages, but it staples 40 pages nicely, which will meet most of my needs. When a manufacturer makes a claim, it should be close to true.

Swingline really did build a better mousetrap. These staples and the related staplers really do work better and easier than others. As a law office we have to staple and unstaple items multiple times. This product makes our work much easier.

The durable metal tin caught my eye as my desk is used by many. It gets a little messy when supplies are in thin carboard/cardstock packaging.
The label claimed no staple jams and to date that has been true.
