Since purchasing this stapler a few months ago, I have run at least 10,000 to 15,000 staples through it without one jam. I have never had a stapler that operated so dependably. And unlike most staplers, it uses every staple in the strip. It also has a heavy base, which stabilizes it better than the average stapler. It handles 20-25 pages of paper with no problem. My only negative comment is that the "soft feel grip" is not soft; it's just slightly less hard than steel.

I bought this stapler based on previous reviews I had read. Given its high reviews I felt confident it would work great. What a disapointment. All I wanted was a stapler that didnt jam. I dont care how heavy it is or its color. This stapler jammed every other day. If I hadnt had the good sense to throw it away I might have made it into one of those "office workers gone mad" videos. Good riddance to this stapler.
