product is heavy. Jams if paper is stiff. Poor construction. I bought this stapler, hoping for a quality product, but was very disappointed

This is a wonderful stapler. It looks nice and staples very well, I've had no problem with it at all. I staple at least 50+ things a day, anywhere from 5-20 some odd pages and this thing has no problem. I'm very happy with it.
