This swingline stapler is my favorite and the most coveted at our office. Although when I went to order more for coworkers we got some faulty ones, so it was a bit hit and miss on getting a good one. Maybe the newer model isn't as good? There is always returns if that happens. Mine staples faster and more pages than others we have bought (or that it claims). Great when you do 300+ staples a project.

    Sometimes it seems to take a moment to sense that there is something to staple, but I have learned that this is largely due to how I present the paper to staple. So I know that it's more about "user error" than the stapler. This is a common problem when working with electric staplers.
