Comments about Swingline® ProFile™ Punch for Letter and Legal Paper:

The product description states legal or standard sized paper can be used. The product has a switch that will allow for 3 hole standard or 4 hole legal ONLY. You cannot modify it to allow for any use outside of those parameters. The text on the box is also misleading and states that legal paper can be used with the 3 hole punch- however, it goes on to say that the paper must be folded. The next Staples model available is the $92 version. I found a cheaper more functional model available at a competitor.

I use this product almost everyday to put together binder's necessary for our job. I have had 2 other products of this sort but I saw this one and thought I would like it and wow I just love it smooth easy to use. Punches with ease. Our company is 1000+ employee's and we have 15 other clerks plus 10 secretaries and I am going to recommend this item to them.
