This came with no instructions. All it said on the box was that it took standard size staples. It took forever to figure out how to load the stapler. Then the staples were stuck inside and we could not unload it. When college degreed people can't figure out how to operate a stapler, there is something wrong with the stapler! Three staplers bought and three returned. Don't waste your time with this. Irony is that it's so difficult to buy a decent stapler at STAPLES!
