I find the stack and shred feature very hard to use. The machine often does not pick up the paper to shred. The paper must be very smooth, no wrinkles. When I called about my problem I was told, "yeah...it doesn't always pick up...you have to kind of shove the paper to the back.

When I use the manual shredding feature it frequently jams and I have to pull pieces of paper out of the shredding mechanism.

The only downfall to this shredder is the amount of room in the tray for the shreds. This shredder would be perfect if it just had a larger bin... maybe a floor model would better suit the missing room. You have to dump the bin a lot.

Finally getting the chance to shred 10 yrs worth of documents with out burning up a machine. I like the fact I can load it and walk away then come back when I want. Sitting there feeding the machine is for the birds.
