Don't Try This Alone

This software is great when it works. However, trying to set it up to communicate with other computers is impossible. The Staples tech spent more than 8 hours attempting to get it to work. Then, he contacted Symantec directly and they couldn't figure it out either. I'm still waiting for the software to be properly set up.
