The Sparq has many nice features and is easy to use. Finding how to change the ring tone was a challenge and I still haven't figured out how to take it off of Hands Free. The shift key on the qwerty keyboard is temperamental. Sometimes it stays on with a click and sometimes you have to hold it. I'm also not able to scroll my contact list while on a call. That comes in handy if you want to give a 3rd party's phone number to the person you're talking with. I primarily use my phone for voice and text communication. The most important things a mobile phone should give me is clear call quality and solid reception. The voice quality is tinny.

It is a good phone for occasional use. I have had some problems with the signal dying out. The clarity of the sound isn't all that good. Otherwise it is a good phone. I like the appearance or style of the phone. It has all the features that I need. Also, the camera is a nice feature. However, the quality of the pictures aren't that good. Ease in use is another issue. It isn't that easy to navigate through the screens. I couldn't find the customer service option. Overall, it is a good phone for the price.
