Greenlee Taps & Dies

Tap wrenches and metal dies allow you to carve screw threads into just about any material. The strength of the piece is based on the materials used in its construction. Heavy-duty taps and dies make an excellent addition to any mechanic's toolbox.

Create New Threads
Create perfect holes for screws using either a tap wrench or a metal die. Both tools can be used separately to create new threads.

Clear Threads
Taps and dies can also be used to clear out bad threads by chasing material from the thread. If you find yourself often facing poorly created threads, try a selection of pullers and accessories.

Additional Applications
