    This is a great chill pad. There are adjustments to angle the computer, this makes it easier to use on different table tops without arm/shoulder fatigue. I was hoping to spend a little less when I bought this, but I remembered I settled for "less" with my last one and was not happy with the item I had ended up with. I have been more than pleasantly surprised. I use this pad at my home office station and am now thinking of replacing the one I have at work because it does not angle like this one and that is a great feature. This feels like a pretty solid piece of equipment. I hope it lasts much longer than my last one!

    My laptop does not fit it well!!

    My laptop is only 16 1/4 inches wide and it is two inces wilder then the fan. The back of my laptop is is close to not fiting either.

    It is suppose to be for a 17inch laptop and my 16 1/4 inch one is to bg for it.

    The unit makes my wife happy and that's all that matters. It is quiet. It keeps the laptop a lot cooler. The intenal fan does not come on as often as it did without this.
