      Having up to an additional fifteen hours of power for my Smart Phone is absolutely critical for me. When I am on public transportation or walking all day, my phone will run out of power before I get home. Both voice and data communications are essential for my business. Plus, if there was a crisis that resulted in a power outage, the backup capabilities are crucial. Just purchased the device, so I can't speak to long-term reliability, but so far I am extremely satisfied with the capabilities of this compact and convenient means to run and/or re-charge my phone long after its own battery would have run out of power.

      Dislike needing another cable in addition to what I have for the mobile photo already. Capacity of the backup battery only provides a partial charge to my phone. I thought that it was supposed to give 1-2 full charges.

          I charged the product fully, and when I tried to use it a few days later, it didn't charge my phone at all even though it was still showing a full charge. Shortly after plugging my phone in, it showed no charge at all.
