Iuse the mini-mouse with my laptop computer when I am anywhere that is away from my office docking station. I hate to use the mouse pad or "joy stick" on my laptop. I also hate to lug around a big clunky full sized mouse. THe mini-mouse is perfect for use at meetings in rooms out side my offic or on an airplne.

I keep buying this product due to the small nature of the product and how it is retractable. However, after about 4 months of use, myself and other staff memembers have to keep replacing these mouses,as they quit working spontaneously with shorts in them. They work well when they are working, but need to be replaced every 4-6 months at my place of business, so I always have about 4 extra on hand.

            Love the design, size & functionality of this mouse. Retractable cord was one of primary reasons for purchase. This feature stopped working/broke after, literally, only a handful of minimal uses AND after being only 3/4 extended once. It simply stopped retracting! Terribly disappointing.

                Mouse I purchased in April quit working in June. May I return it for credit?

                  You would have to check with the store that you purchased it with to see if you would get a credit. On the other hand it has a one year limited warranty with Targus so you could return it and recieve a new one.
