Comments about Targus DEFCON Key Notebook Cable Lock:

I wanted to try this Notebook/LCD Monitor + TV Key lock since I already have a combination lock from Targus that works great (Item 397711 Targus DEFCON® Combination Notebook Cable Lock).. I was really looking to use it with my LCD TV/Computer Monitor Combo to secure it to my wall since the LCD has a lock slot. I was disapointed that Targus didn't provide the spacer pieces used to make a firm connection with the Lock slot on the device. As a result it wiggles and I would assume it would be easily forced off the LCD Lock Slot.. In addition with the other Combination lock Targus provided you received a velcro strap to coil and extra slack in the wire.. Again it was not provided. Please keep in mind any cable lock being used to secure a Notebook or Monitor can easly be cut with a wire cutter. This is mostly a deterent from walking away with the item!!
