Once I read the directions, I was ready to go. This is much faster than using a thumb drive to transfer your files, especially when you have many photos to transfer.

This cable is not what you need if you are moving files from one computer to another. The directions are unclear. This cable moves ALL files not just ones you want moved.
When I asked for a transfer cable to move one file from my desktop to my laptop..this cable is what I was sold. Buy something else..and ask lots of questions.
