Easy to use: "Plug and Play". So far, it works great and I have had no problems, but I worry that it's not the most durable. It's lightweight makes it feel fragile and flimsy. It must also be on a fairly flat/hard surface to avoid bending the bottom plastic into the fans. It doesn't break of this happens, but it probably puts unnecessary wear-and-tear on the motors and fans, and will cause them to stop: an understandable problem that isn't enough of a reason for me to not recommend this product. It does not appear to drain the battery too much.

I got this to replace a Laptop Chiller of a different brand I had for a couple years. I needed a new one pretty quickly so I grabbed this one when i was at Staples one day. I have a 17 inch HP that runs VERY hot. This Targus mat, keeps it pretty cool, however I am always having to readjust it because the laptop slides off and it starts getting really noisy. I am probably going to replace it soon since I use this laptop several hours a day.
